Vikram is always on the lookout for inspiring wellness entrepreneurs with ideas where Nuguru can lend its support. When he isn't sleeves rolled-up helping our partner brands, you can find him improving his calisthenics techniques at the bars in Toa Payoh or teaching his three young boys to be good humans.

Richard Ruddy
President

Richard guides strategy and leads the commercial function for Nuguru and its partner brands. He's in his happy place when dreaming big and has a knack for merging art with science, and building world-class teams to bring his ideas to life. Outside of evangelising our portfolio brands, you'll catch him hot on the heels of his daughters or at the foothills of Fort Canning tackling those killer steps.

Tina Tan
Head of Branding & Content

Tina drives Branding & Content for Nuguru's partner brands. She is the quintessential storyteller, and when she isn't dreaming up new brand ideas or shooting fresh content, you can find her in Singapore's most hidden cupping joints getting tattooed, or taming her monkey mind on the yoga mat.

Colin Bryar

Colin joined Amazon in 1998 — four years after its founding —  and spent the next 12 years as part of Amazon’s senior leadership team as Amazon grew from a domestic (US-only) seller of books to a global, multi-dimensional powerhouse and innovator.  For two of his years at Amazon, Colin was “Chief of Staff” to Jeff Bezos, AKA “Jeff’s shadow”, during which he spent each day attending meetings, traveling with, and discussing business and life with Jeff. After Amazon, he and his family relocated to Singapore for two years where Colin served as Chief Operating Officer of online grocer RedMart, which was subsequently sold to Alibaba.

Colin is co-founder of Working Backwards LLC where he coaches executives at both large and early-stage companies on how to implement the management practices developed at Amazon.

Amy Huang

Amy is an educator and leader in product management and user experience. With over twenty years of experience across diverse industries in Asia and North America, she has dedicated her career to building technology that brings positive change to people’s lives. Previously from San Francisco, Amy has built delightful and efficient experiences for consumer brands including Blurb, Apollo Education, Shutterfly, and the Walt Disney Company.

Amy came to Singapore in 2017 to join RedMart as Head of Design - overseeing the end-to-end grocery customer journey, as well as product design for complex backend technologies. When RedMart integrated into Lazada, she took on user research and product design teams driving user growth, loyalty, payment, and logistics across Lazada’s e-commerce ecosystem. Amy is now Chief of the Digital Products & Platforms Practice at NUS-ISS, a post-graduate institute in the National University of Singapore.

Sally Doherty

Sally has extensive experience on executive leadership teams wherein she has taken a strategic role in all things people, leadership, strategy and culture. She is the go-to person in the team when it comes to HR strategy & implementation, senior leadership development & planning, and facilitation sessions with teams to help define their purpose, strategy & culture. Sally spent six years in the NZ Air Force and most recently in large corporate organisations and start-ups in Asia, Nigeria and her home country of New Zealand.

Outside of work, Sally is an avid animal welfare advocate and loves interior design.
