You will learn:

  • How the gut works and the role of the microbiome
  • Why gut health is important and ways to improve it
  • What fermentation is and the benefits of fermented foods
  • How to introduce fermented foods into your diet: recipes, health benefits, tips & tricks
  • How to make sauerkraut; beet kvass; switchel; milk kefir; kefir cream cheese; coconut water kefir; coconut yogurt, and KOMBUCHA! 

 

Note: while the video content will be released every morning, you can view the lesson anytime that is convenient for you.  It should take no more than 20-25 minutes each day.  But what really brings the learning to life is the WhatsApp chat group that you’ll be added to, where Karin will elaborate on the lesson for the day, engage you along with other participants, and answer questions.  This happens throughout the day.  It is up to you on how active you want to be on the chat. The expectation for this course is that you also try some of the recipes alongside, but you don’t have to do these right away.  You have access to Karin for almost 2 weeks, and can continue to ask her questions during this time, once you have had time to try out the recipes following the lessons.
