This course is designed to help you gain a deeper awareness of your own stress reactions and learn to cultivate emotional resilience and compassion to live more mindfully.  You will be equipped with practical and effective tools to become a calmer, more present parent, and reclaim control over who you want to be for your children and yourself.


As the coronavirus pandemic upends the world as we know it, these practices become especially relevant and useful as mindfulness can be a wonderful tool for traversing a new reality and coping with the uncertainties of these challenging circumstances.
