With over 13 years of experience as a functional medicine and culinary nutritionist, Karin G. Reiter is a leading wellness expert known for her simple, practical and ongoing solutions to improve health.
At 18, Karin was diagnosed with her first autoimmune disease, Hashimoto’s. After the birth of her second child, she was then diagnosed with another autoimmune condition, Celiac Disease.
Her personal medical history, coupled with her positive mantra of “progress, not perfection”, have shaped her firm belief in using easy-to-apply methods to empower clients to take control of their health and lifestyle. Karin understands firsthand the transformative power everyday foods can have on our health, and how making small changes to our lifestyle can translate to a big difference in our wellbeing. As a functional medicine expert, she is deeply driven to help others wake up feeling radiant, energized, and thankful.
Karin previously practised in Sydney and Hong Kong before moving to Singapore in 2012. In addition to her work as a nutritionist, teacher, and speaker, she is also a mother to two active children and constantly cooking up new ideas to explore the healing powers of food.
