Deborah Thurley

Mindfulness & Positive Psychology Facilitator

Deborah Thurley is a mindfulness educator and faculty member of The School of Positive Psychology (Singapore), where she lectures in Applied Mindfulness Psychology. She holds a postgraduate diploma in Positive Organisational Psychology and Leadership with The School of Positive Psychology, and a master’s degree in Applied Positive Psychology with Anglia Ruskin University in the UK. Outside of her post, she also holds workshops for organizations and schools.

As an instructor, Deborah has the uncanny ability to break down complex and unapproachable concepts into simple, vivid, and immediately understandable ones. Her clear, concise approach is also bolstered by her holistic approach to mindfulness — leveraging her yoga training, Deborah sometimes incorporates simple movement work in her programs.
