About Riyana

Riyana Rupani is a certified Holistic Nutritionist (NTP). Whole30 Coach, and recipe developer. Her foray into the world of nutrition began after she was diagnosed with fertility, adrenal, digestive, and autoimmune issues while she was working in the corporate world. Tired of years of doctor visits, medication, and self-pity, Riyana began researching alternative ways of healing her body, and soon saw the positive impacts of changing her diet and lifestyle.  

Determined to arm herself with more knowledge, she traded her 15-year corporate career for a certified programme at the Nutritional Therapy Association, and now empowers her clients to leverage the power of real food so they too can experience the changes they want to see.

At her core, Riyana loves food and helping others. She is also a busy mom of three boys, which accounts for her passion of creating wholesome, family-friendly recipes that everyone can enjoy.
